Package dependencies

The --depends-on parameter allows to add dependencies on other SimpleSwitch™ containers. The configuration allows to describe such dependencies, allowing a given application to start only if another one is present and only after it has been successfully started. Restrictions only applies on startup order, without any guarantee the dependencies have fully initialized when a given application starts.
