desktop-config brightness config

When your system startsup it will run with the full possible brightness of the backlight of your display (if the display supports backlight). To set a different brightness level on startup through the desktop-config launcher configuration add

brightness=<0 - 255>

e.g.

brightness=128

will set the brightness to 50%.
